This Mid-Atlantic update included clients from the DC area, Philadelphia, and Richmond. TRG Screen's Chief Product Officer, Richard Mundell, provided a high-level update about our vision for product offerings in a subscription economy, and an overview of our 2019/2020 product roadmap.

[Quest, a product for enquiry management](https://www.trgscreen.com/request-management-system), and [ResearchMonitor, the industry-leading product for electronic resource management](https://www.trgscreen.com/usage-management-system/researchmonitor-usage-tracking-online-subscriptions), will have exciting enhancements and additional functionality to help information professionals manage, assess spend/usage, and capture knowledge with these products coming later in 2019/2020.

It was a very interactive meeting, and also provided a great opportunity for peers to catch up and share insights about ResearchMonitor and Quest application within their own organizations.
