Different to previous user groups, the sessions ran over three days, and one festival for each our FITS users and our legal users was broadcast simultaneously to our clients all over the world.
The FITS User Group Festival was held in June and included speakers such as CEO Steve Matthews who gave a TRG Screen update; and a full spectrum of financial product updates hosted by several TRG Screen ‘artists'; as well as insight into TRG Screen's legal products ResearchMonitor & Quest. The festival concluded with an Open Mic for an interactive question session.
The Legal User Group Festival was held earlier this month, and after featuring company news and product updates on Day 1, we opened up to the floor in breakout sessions on Day 2, including a 'JeoPARODY' tournament where clients answered quick fire questions about ResearchMonitor and Quest to win prizes. This was followed by peer feedback about best practices in community sessions on Day 3. These sessions boasted a very large attendance with on average 80+ clients per session.
These Virtual Festivals were a welcome opportunity to connect with our clients despite the unprecedented times, and further showcased TRG Screen's business operations remaining business as usual.
