Business Analyst (Financial Markets) – The Netherlands

INFOmatch is a leading Market Data Revenue Management solution intended for exchanges and market data providers. The solution consists of a backend application in which client data regarding licensing and data usage is maintained, and a client-facing frontend (web) application. The backend application includes modules and interfaces to support recurring processes such as usage reporting, compliance, and invoicing (interfacing with GL systems). We are continuously looking to improve our software and expand it with new functionalities and modules.

TRG Screen’s operational activities for INFOmatch are centrally coordinated and driven from 's-Hertogenbosch. For our office in 's-Hertogenbosch (35 colleagues) we are currently looking for a Junior/Medior Business Analyst to join the INFOmatch team.

Responsibilities & Challenges

Reporting to the Manager INFOmatch Revenue Solutions, the business analyst’s responsibilities will be to support and advise clients in the use of the backend and the frontend application, assist during implementations and development projects, analyze client processes and translate them into business requirements, find solutions to challenging problems, provide training to end-users, develop reports, and write and maintain documentation. On occasion the business analyst will visit clients to provide assistance or training on site.

The business analyst will be working closely with other analysts and consultants in the INFOmatch services team, the INFOmatch development team and the Quality Assurance Manager.

Essential skills

  • At least a relevant higher professional education (HBO, Bachelor's degree)
  • Preferably 2 years or more of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Interested in or affinity with international financial markets, IT and / or financial administrative processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, and preferably VBA
  • Good understanding of the Dutch, English and preferably the German language
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving
  • Flexible and accurate
  • Creative, proactive, result-oriented and customer-focused
  • Willingness to travel
