Market Data Specialist in the German team (Frankfurt-based).

Job Description

We are expanding our German team and have therefore created a new position to support our team in Customer Support, especially for our two market data inventory systems INFOmatch and our new flagship product Optimize Spend, and in the area of Managed Service. 

We are looking for a candidate with experience in market data administration who thrives in international teamwork and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Customer support tasks related to our inventory tools (answering inquiries, project support, helping with new implementations, training, troubleshooting problems, and escalations)
• Managed service support (contract and license management, invoice management, etc. based on our own systems)
• Build close working relationships with customers and vendors
• Ensure customer expectations are met
• Support continuous improvement of our own processes and services
• Create and maintain customer-specific documentation
• Participate in strategic projects

Qualifications and Experience

This is a role for individuals who have already gained initial work experience and are looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and international environment. We are all enthusiasts who love the topic of financial markets and their life-blood market data.
