Customer Success Analyst – Singapore

TRG Screen is a growing, dynamic and innovating software company that helps organizations maintain and optimize their so called ‘enterprise subscriptions’, the associated costs and revenues, and their customer and provider contracts through their software solutions.
With our 150+ enthusiastic colleagues, we currently support over 300 customers in the financial, legal and professional services industry to get a grip on their data challenges. We are active globally with offices in New York (HQ), United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany and Singapore.
Within the Singapore office, we are currently looking for a junior Customer Success Analyst.
INFOmatch is one of our leading, in-house developed software solutions to maintain and control contracts, invoices and revenues in the market data sector. INFOmatch is used globally by financial institutions, exchanges and market data providers. The solution consists of a back-end application, in which customer data regarding licenses and data usage are maintained, and a client-facing front-end application (web-based). The back-end application contains modules and interfaces to support returning processes, such as reporting data usage, compliance and invoicing (link with GL-systems). Together with our other “flagship product” FITS, INFOmatch will be transferred onto our new “Optimize” platform.
What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities will consist of providing support, advising customers on the use of both the back-end as the front-end application, assisting on implementation and development projects, assisting customers in maintaining their database, analysing customer processes and translating these in demands and wishes, finding customized solutions for challenging and complex problems, conducting training sessions for end users, and developing reports. You will maintain good and warm contact with the customers and will, on occasion, be expected to provide virtual or on-site assistance and training sessions for the customers.
You will report to the Managing Director of the Singapore office. As Customer Success Analyst you will be working closely together with the other consultants and analysts, the INFOmatch Services team, the INFOmatch Development team and the Quality Assurance Manager.
