Within our versatile organization, for the entity Screen Consultants SA, part of the TRG Screen Group, we are currently looking for a (Junior/Intermediate) Market Data Consultant / Advisor for our office in Lugano.

INFOmatch is one of our leading, in-house developed software solutions to maintain and control contracts, invoices, and revenues in the market data sector. INFOmatch is used globally by financial institutions, exchanges, and market data providers. The solution consists of a back-end application, in which customer data regarding licenses and data usage are maintained, and a client-facing front-end application (web-based). The back-end application contains modules and interfaces to support returning processes, such as reporting data usage, compliance, and invoicing (link with GL-systems). Together with our other “flagship product” FITS, INFOmatch will be transferred onto our new “Optimize” platform. In addition, TRG Screen offers a wide range of products, from Spend and Revenue Management to Usage and ticketing, to create a full market data framework to be the one-stop shop in the market data world.

What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities will consist of providing support, advising customers on the use of both the back end as the front-end application, assisting on implementation and development projects, assisting customers in maintaining their database, analyzing customer processes, and translating these in demands and wishes, finding customized solutions for challenging and complex problems, conducting training sessions for end users, and developing reports. You will maintain good and warm contact with the customers and will, on occasion, be expected to provide virtual or on-site assistance and training sessions for the customers. You will also be involved in the sales development with new or existing clients.

You will report to the Swiss Office representative & Head of Sales and Revenue, International.

What will you bring?

  • Minimum a relevant, finished Higher Professional Education;
  • Minimum of 2-year relevant working experience in a comparable role;
  • Interested in or affinity with the international financial market, IT and/or financial administrative processes;
  • Excellent skills in Excel (VBA knowledge will be considered as a plus);
  • Skilled in Italian and English (any additional Swiss national language will be preferred);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Flexible and precise;
  • Analytical and problem solving;
  • Creative, proactive / enterprising, result and customer focused;
  • Prefers to be in contact with the customer to get to a fitting solution;
  • Interact with a large number of different counterparties;
  • Willingness to travel and preferably in possession of a driver’s license.
