Technical/User Documentation Writer – Belfast – Contract (up to 12 months)
TRG Screen (“TRG”) is a growing, dynamic, software company providing spend management software solutions that enable enterprises to optimize their entire universe of corporate subscriptions, recurring expenses and vendor relationships. TRG Screen is restyling and updating its flagship application. The legacy documentation from the previous version of the application is out of date.
This role will partner with our Product Managers, User Experience Designers and Customer Success team to update and rewrite the user guide to reflect the updated application. Also, as part of this work we wish to transform it from a technical user manual to a “how to” guide (possibly in the style of a “Dummy’s Guide”) which talks users through how to complete their business tasks.
This role is based in Belfast. Some travel to London may be required from time to time.
