We continue to push the boundaries of innovation on behalf of our clients. Most recently that includes integrating AI into our own ways of working to improve efficiency as well introducing AI into select products in a methodical and responsible way.
We understand your business is, most likely, also grappling with AI – excited about its potential while also concerned about governance, third-party risk and how to keep your business and client data secure. We’re exploring this new frontier together, and here’s what you should know about our current approach to AI.
Any AI feature or service we introduce will always be offered on an opt-in only basis.
Customers will have the opportunity to opt out of AI functionality if they choose. Roughly 30 days in advance of launching an AI solution, we will communicate to all customers/users through release notes and account management communication channels. All AI capabilities will also be clearly identified in solution documentation.
We’re actively monitoring and adhering to current legal, ethical and data security requirements and best practices. This work is driven by our AI Council, made up of senior leaders across our key functions. The Council governs our entire approach to AI usage and AI-enabled product development. We provide comprehensive training to employees on AI compliance, monitor security and best practices, and adhere to data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and the EU AI Act. We also work with industry-leading third parties that are fully vetted and monitored to ensure the same level of protection and compliance, among many other measures.
We’ll always be a human-first technology provider. In considering whether to use AI, we start with the needs of our users. AI will be included in our solutions only if it solves real business problems for our customers, and we will always implement integrity and quality checks and allow for human oversight and intervention.
