Deepak is an enterprise operator and transformation leader with a focus on delivering outcomes to customers and accelerating enterprise value. As EVP of Customer Operations and ELT member at TRG Screen, Deepak oversees Managed Services, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Care across the US, UK, India, and Germany — with a clear mandate: build scalable, data-driven operating models that strengthen customer outcomes, improve margin through intelligent automation, and enable teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution at global scale.

Since joining TRG Screen in 2024, Deepak has progressed rapidly from Global Head of Managed Services to his current EVP role — a trajectory driven by tangible impact. He stood up TRG Screen's Global Capability Centre in Bangalore in under 90 days, scaling it to more than 70 team members, and has driven a series of structural programs spanning customer health scoring, AI-augmented invoice processing, lifecycle management, and renewal intelligence.

Deepak brings deep expertise building managed services and industry utilities across KYC, compliance, and financial risk — developed across IBM, Refinitiv, and Thomson Reuters. He applies that same philosophy to market data: standardization, shared infrastructure, and repeatable operating models that deliver lasting value.

Outside of work, Deepak is an avid robotics enthusiast who enjoys building large-scale radio-controlled models with his son. He also makes time for regular catch-ups with a close group of friends he has known for more than 20 years — a tradition that keeps him grounded and provides perspective.
