Leigh oversees company-wide efforts to ensure TRG Screen’s position as the industry leader in helping businesses worldwide optimize their market data expenses and achieve greater operational efficiency.
As a former CFO, Leigh has first-hand knowledge of the financial and operational challenges companies face in managing market and reference data subscriptions effectively at enterprise scale. His stewardship has been instrumental in guiding the business through growth and innovation, and in advancing its ability to respond to and anticipate changing market dynamics and evolving client needs.
His commitment to excellence has shaped TRG Screen's success as well as the broader industry’s evolution in efficient data management practices. Leigh is known for his collaborative and transparent leadership style and fosters a working environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. His vision for TRG Screen is to push the boundaries of data management while continually aligning the company’s growth trajectory with the evolving needs of the market.
Before joining TRG Screen, Leigh held senior positions at Pearson, Thomson Financial, Omgeo, DTCC, and Validis, where he played pivotal roles in scaling operations, integrating new technologies, and in steering through periods of transformation and market expansion. Away from the office, Leigh is passionate about mentoring future business leaders and engaging in community-focused activities. He is an avid rugby fan, and volunteers as a youth rugby coach at Wimbledon RFC, which provides him with inspiration and balance.
