Job Description

TRG Screen is experiencing rapid growth globally, as a result of recent backing from Vista Equity Partners, and in order to support this, we are searching for a HR Executive who will join our Dutch office located in 's Hertogenbosch. This person will also support the branches in Lugano, Paris, Singapore and Frankfurt.

TRG Screen's HR Team is responsible for all daily employee activities: from recruitment, contracts, salaries, insurance to analysis and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Executive who wants to take the administration for multiple, international entities to the next level, both,  independently and as a team player, collaborating with external partners. 

You will report directly to the CHRO, based in in New York (HQ) and work closely with the local team in Den Bosch, as well as the rest of our global teams.


  • Responsible for providing HR support to approximately 50 employees in the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Germany and Singapore.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to assist employees and company management in HR matters.  
  • Ensure all HR systems and platforms are leveraged to full capacity.
  • Payroll processing for multiple legal entities.  
  • Assist with implementation, administration, and education of company-wide human resources policies, procedures and practices.  
  • Drive HR strategies to support TRG Screen’s operations objective and business growth.  
  • Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Partner with accountants and lawyers in various countries.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • 3-4 years of experience in roles directly related to personnel administration
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Well versed in all MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and high integrity


€50,000 - €55,000
