Job Description
We are searching for a Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting our existing clients in one of our biggest projects to date! The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the ‘Upgrade Program’, primarily overseeing the transition of clients from INFOmatch to the new platform Optimize. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, client management skills, and project management expertise.
This person will report directly to the Head of the Program Management Office and will work alongside Business Managers, supporting them at various stages.
As a Project Manager on the migration project, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones, for client migrations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and tracking of timelines throughout the migration process.
Collaborating with Client Success Managers, you'll gather and document client requirements, oversee data migration processes, coordinate testing phases, and plan go-live strategies to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, you will maintain thorough documentation and work closely with internal teams to align and execute project goals effectively.
