Job Description

As the Salesforce Systems Administrator on the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for helping to support a suite of enterprise tools, primarily Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, help customize and configure according to business need, and streamline into a cohesive software ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to be part of the ground team in shaping this strategy.

This role requires passion for operational excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver fast and reliable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Salesforce System Administrator will report to the Head of RevOps and work closely with key stakeholders within all supporting business units. Currently hiring in US – New York, Boston, US Coast Remote, Belfast and London.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administration and optimization of our Salesforce instance, as well as additional SaaS applications, focused on the commercial teams
  • Assist with developing a roadmap for the Go-to-Market (GTM) stack to introduce new capabilities to the GTM team that leverage best practices and address current and future business needs
  • Act as a project analyst or project manager for system enhancements, software evaluations, and implementations
  • Support digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce and other complimentary technology as needed
  • Maintain and develop Configure, Price, Quote system to facilitate new deal desk requirements
  • Ensure quality and integrity of the data coming out of our applications and coordinating with partners in Finance and Marketing on downstream processes, reporting and analytics
  • Document best practices and educate users on getting the most out of each application as well as new features / enhancements

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS required; minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator in the technology and/or marketing space
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Expertise with Salesforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Sales Technology including Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lean Data or comparable platforms
  • Project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be successful
  • Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop
  • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success

Salary

£35,000 - £50,000.
