Quest 18.1 update released - Request Management made easy!

TRG Screen is pleased to announce Quest version 18.1 has been released. This release expands on the recently added Quest Pro module with more availability options and out of office notifications. This release also adds further options for configuring the end user request form.

Unavailable Assignee Notifications

As a reminder, Quest Pro is a licensable module that can be added to your subscription that combines new automation features with the existing time management module.

Building on the calendar and team member availability settings, a new notification can be configured to be sent when a comment is added to a request and the current assignee is unavailable.

A new email template, Assignee Unavailable, and template placeholder for Team Members have also been added. This will allow administrators to configure a dynamic response that indicates the current assignee is unavailable, but the team members associated with the ticket can continue to provide support.

Core product enhancements

An end user request form (webform) can now be configured for each workstream. A form URL will be displayed that can be used as a permalink to the form. This is useful for linking employees to the request form from an internal portal or SharePoint site.
