Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the TRG Screen Global Rotation Program – an inaugural 12-month university graduate rotation program, based in our Belfast Office. The program will give you the opportunity to learn our products and services inside and out, interface with our marquee clients, and, upon successful completion, a chance to join one of our high performing client-facing teams.

To be successful you will need to be great at troubleshooting technical issues, be able to independently learn the software and have a passion for clients and technology. We encourage independent thinking and welcome ideas on how we can improve our products and our processes to help us increase our efficiency and improve the user experience.

Notwithstanding any travel restrictions still in place, you will have the opportunity to travel to visit one or more of our various offices where our client-facing teams are located including: New York, Den Bosch (Netherlands) and London.

Program Details

Training Rotation (2 months):

  • Participate in our comprehensive structured training & development program where you’ll learn about the various products and services that we offer.
  • Shadow our Client Success Managers (CSMs) on trainings/client meetings.
  • Introduction to Optimize, our new platform which is rolling out to our spend management clients in Q3/4 2021.
  • Help support the Optimize program goals including creation of client training and onboarding materials and quality assurance testing.
       

Managed Service Analyst (2 months):

  • Join our Managed Service department and get assigned one or more clients to help manage their FITS system, including invoice processing and inventory management.
     

Client Success Support Analyst (8 months):

  • Assist with bespoke client projects and professional services (our consulting arm).
  • Travel to visit different TRG Screen offices to work with various team members.
  • Write product “Tips of the Month” that are published to all our clients.
  • Support CSMs with ongoing client issue triage and resolution.
  • Learn the client onboarding process and help with new implementations.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing. of new product releases and upgrades.
  • Gain an understanding of how our other products integrate into FITS:
    • ResearchMonitor
    • Axon
  • During this rotation you will develop the following skill set:
    • Answer product questions and clearly explain technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Troubleshoot problems with our products or the client’s configuration to arrive at a resolution.
    • Learn to serve as a product expert by keeping up with new features and issues and providing quality feedback to our development team regarding active issues and trends.
    • Learn to conduct web-based scheduled group and/or individual training sessions.
    • Learn from your TRG mentor who we will pair you with.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary as you move throughout the organization. Here are some examples:

  • Help maintain our clients’ spend management and invoice processing and reconciliation systems.
  • Keep up with new features and issues and providing quality feedback to our development team regarding active issues and trends.
  • Build/maintain client-facing documentation on our various products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems with our products or the client’s configuration to arrive at a resolution.
  • Answer product questions and clearly explain technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet our key SLAs and Support Metrics.
  • Participate in QA testing.

Required Skills

  • A record of academic achievement - 2:2 classification and above
  • Self-managed self-starter, confident and accountable for their work
  • Must love people, be positive, energetic and empathetic, with a strong desire to help others
  • Attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask and work independently
  • Good understand of SaaS and web-based technologies
  • Debugging web applications using Internet Explorer/Chrome debugger and Fiddler
  • Technical aptitude and forensic skills to identify and effectively escalate product issues
  • Strong communication and organizational skills paired with an understanding of how to proactively manage recurring client issues
  • Beginner knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL is a plus

Interview Process

Here’s what you can expect from our interview process:

• A 45 min. panel interview with our Customer Success and Managed Service team members.
• A 30 min. interview with one of our managers.
• Case study – prepare response based on a situation we give you.
